Andrea is a fully certified and approved Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) & Compassion Based Living Course (CBLC) Teacher. All our mindfulness delivery places safety, compassion and kindness at the heart of all that we deliver.

Session 1 - Sunday 21st August 10-11.30am
Session 2 - Tuesday 30th August 6.30-8pm
Session 3 - Monday 5th September 1.30 - 3pm
