Mindfulness in Nature Taster Sessions

 

 

            Take part in research-backed mindfulness meditation to relax, unwind and feel at ease

          Develop your awareness on what mindfulness is in a safe, small group setting

Session 1 - Sunday 21st August 10-11.30am 

Session 2 - Tuesday 30th August 6.30-8pm 

Session 3 - Monday 5th September 1.30 - 3pm

 

 

Where are they?

 At the Intact Centre and Dobcroft Nature Reserve, Ingol, Preston

 These sessions are fully funded by the National Heritage Lottery Fund
